Voltage Dip module

The "Voltage dip" module briefly bridges the supply voltage when voltage dips occur. These so-called "net wipers" often occur when starting up electric motors that draw a high starting current when they are switched on. The temporarily high current and the greater no-load and voltage drop at the internal resistance of the voltage source and at the cable resistance cause the terminal voltage to drop and at the same time the thermal and supply voltage loss to increase. The "voltage dip" module ensures stable process and operational reliability and enables potential savings of up to 6%.

Voltage management module

The "Voltage Management" module automatically controls all processes according to optimal input and output power, regardless of whether they are inductive, capacitive or ohmic consumers. As a result, it improves the efficiency, power factor and RMS value and reduces the resistance, wear and tear and power dissipation of your equipment. The module thus ensures an increase in performance in production processes, a longer service life for your equipment and potential savings of up to 8%.

"Voltage stabilizer" module

The "voltage stabilizer" module was developed to defuse potentially dangerous situations in your company that occur due to a fluctuating input voltage. The module only requires a response time of less than 3 milliseconds for full regulation, which compares to an electromechanical design that requires between 10 and 60 milliseconds per volt. The module ensures greater production reliability through stable production processes and energy-efficient work processes. In addition to constant voltage for sensitive consumers, the module promises potential savings of up to 5%.

Voltage stabilization module

The "voltage stabilization" module stabilizes the electrical voltage despite the variable current. The stabilizing actual values (output voltage) are compared with the permanent setpoint values and any deviations are readjusted using a stable control circuit or controller. This type of stabilization ensures output voltage accuracy of up to +/- 10% milliseconds. The module enables potential savings of up to 5%.

Securing production
stable and secure operations
minimized response times
Avoidance of power failures
Compensation for voltage fluctuations
Mains voltage stabilization +/- 1.5%
Potential savings of up to 5%
Technical details
Correction of voltage fluctuations in local networks according to EN 50160
Power 80 A to 3,200 A
Voltage regulation range ± 6% ± 15% UN
Response time 140ms
Phase-separated regulation
Indoor and outdoor installation depending on the requirement
Communication GSM/Ethernet

Harmonics Filter Module

The "harmonic filter" module is a regulated filter system that is used depending on the active equipment (inductance) or passive equipment (capacitance). The module has an automatic impedance control (force control) that allows the filtration system to check the mesh and adjust the suction exerted. It is used in the case of strong network feedback and N-conductor loads and is available in different sizes and regulation levels. Properly selected, the module ensures fewer overlapping processes throughout production, fewer phase conductor losses, more stable operating processes and potential savings of up to 7%.
Advantages at a glance:
Avoidance of overlapping processes
minimized line-to-line losses
Stabilization of operational processes
N conductor relief
Potential savings of up to 7%
Technical details
Rated mains voltage 3 x 400 V
Mains frequency 50 Hz ± 5%
Filter current, frequency 100 A, 250 Hz
No-load current 45……52 A (cap.)
capacitor sizing> 750v
Losses (idle) 150 W

Phase balancing module

The "phase asymmetry compensation" module compares the actual value voltage at the output with the preset setpoint voltage and, if there is a deviation, sends a positioning command to the adjustment motor in order to stabilize the voltage within the target voltage range. Because a strongly deviating phase current can lead to an increase in power loss and overheating of the motor. The module is based on a linear regulator system. By switching a second transformer on and off, the output voltage or the load of the three phases is always evenly regulated to 33.3% per phase. The thyristors are controlled without voltage dips and current overshoots of the harmonics, which enables long-term and stable process reliability and a savings potential of up to 5% for the entire production.
Advantages at a glance:
Regulation with 33.3% per phase
Reduction of electricity consumption (kWh)
Load power reduction (kW)
Reduction of transformer power loss

Dynamic Compensation Module

The "Dynamic Compensation" module compensates for inductive and capacitive reactive currents in electrical power supply networks. The dynamic compensation offers the possibility of load current balancing between the phases to relieve the N-conductor in the event of a highly asymmetrical phase load. Compensation takes place with IGBT converters (bipolar transistors with insulated gate electrodes), which can be quickly and continuously adjusted to a parameterizable target cos phi based on 3-level technology. As a further option, there is the possibility of supplying a constant reactive power value, so that there is no over- and under-compensation, as is the case with stepped-switching compensation systems. By using dynamic compensation, there is no danger of resonance effects or influencing of the ripple control signals, which usually have to be taken into account when planning conventional compensation systems. The module provides a potential energy saving of up to 6%.
Advantages at a glance:
fast, stepless control
Compensation of inductive and capacitive loads
no risk of resonance as with conventional compensation systems
maintenance-free construction
Potential savings of up to 6%
